A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Really enjoyed my visit here—the place feels so homey and cozy. The owners were also very warm and welcoming, and I appreciated how they took the time to explain their aquaponics system. The food was great overall—sulit, affordable, and very filling! Definitely coming back to try more dishes, and I’ll be bringing my family with me next time. :D"
"The food is good but a bit pricy and it took a several minutes to be served, customer service is fast and good. Atmosphere it could be better the table and chair is a little bit cramp, the chair is nice but it seems a little dirty. We are family of 9 and had the same comment. Over all experience is good."
"Very great place. Food is okay as well. It's a bit pricy, but it is worth the money. The serving is not that big, but it is delicious. The place is well maintained, and the ambiance is great. They were less crowded than the other restaurant. 100% will recommend to others."
"We had the pleasure of dining at Yahu Kitchen last December 7,2024 where our High school Class Reunion/Christmas Party was held. It was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The food was nothing short of outstanding—each dish was a perfect balance of flavors, beautifully presented, and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every bite was a delightful surprise, and the menu offers a wonderful variety that caters to every taste. The service was equally impressive. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, making sure we had everything we needed while still giving us space to enjoy our meal. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and truly care about creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The management deserves special mention too. They checked in with us to ensure we were enjoying our experience, and their commitment to excellence was evident in every aspect of the restaurant. You can tell that they focus on every detail, from the food to the ambiance and the service. Overall, Yahu Kitchen is a gem in the local dining scene. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable meal with top-notch service. I can’t wait to return! More power to Yahu Kitchen, all the best! Merry Christmas!"
"Overall it was ok. The food is ok like the baby back ribs and gambas. The staffs are friendly but some need to be trained more. And be more attentive. Not sure if they are OJTs but these issues need to be addressed. And there are flies inside the restaurant. Hope you can improve for the better."
"They have a wide array of Filipino dishes. Mga resto version ng carinderia fare, with some harvested in their own aquaponics farm like the ginisang pechay I tasted. Okay naman. The sizzling seafood was nice, marami siya for one order serving. Their indoor music was a bit loud lang. Also the place is too bright lang for me, as it’s more conducive for large groups of families. Also affordable."
"This place is a must visit!! We visited the first and only aquaponic farm and restaurant here in Marikina. It’s a hidden gem that serves Pinoy comfort food, there’s a cafe inside too we had Spanish Latte and Iced Mocha. We were also the first to try their Basil Tea which made us relax after that scrumptious lunch. Highly recommended!!"
"We celebrated my sister's birthday here, and it was a great choice. We enjoyed our dinner so much. The warm, cozy atmosphere and friendly service made it a memorable birthday dinner. A great spot for casual celebrations and delicious foods! Thank you to all accommodating staff!"
